As a fitness coach, I aim to help build confidence in individuals regardless of their background. I believe in you, so it's time to believe in yourself.
Years ago, I was drinking every weekend and had really unhealthy habits and was not happy with the way that I looked. I made a bet with my coworkers of who could stay in the gym the longest, and fell in love with the gym. I have been addicted to building strength which then led to confidence in myself.
